Mandate:
1) Set up and manage a multi-service office;
2) Group together or arrange the existing bodies and provide their
financing;
3) Elaborate a local plan of action for the economic development and in
development of the employment;
4) Elaborate local strategy bound to the development of companies,
including the companies of the social economy;
5) Serve as an advisory committee for the local Center of employment
(CLE)
6) Fill the mandates resulting form the concerned ministries after making agreement with the Minister resposible of the development or our regions.

and collective entrepreneurs, including the companies of the social
economy: assembly of business plans including the studies of prefeasibility,
search for financing, reference to the specialized services such the

REGIONAL
COUNCIL OF DEVELOPMENT LANAUDIÈRE
O It
is the interlocutor of the government in region. This way, the agreements-frames
establish a privileged tool of dialogue and partnership between the
government and each of the regions. Furthermore, the government makes
specific agreements the keystone of the new government-regions.
O It plays an advising role in the elaboration of the ministerial
strategic plans, in the intrarégionale distribution of the
budgets dedicated to the local development, the local plan of action
elaborated by the CLD and the annual report of this last one.
The CRD
has an operating budget including studies and researches, a budget
that must be exclusively dedicated to the implementation of the specific
agreements and the sector aiming at participate in the implementation
of projects with regional brilliance.
The distribution
of the envelope between these sectors joins within the framework of
the annual programming of the CRD and after agreement of the Minister
responsible for the Development of regions.
The fund of regional development wants a source of financing to support
initiatives of development stemming from public bodies and judged
priority for the development of the region Lanaudière.
The reserved
projects will have to correspond to the regional strategic planning
of development and receive a positive opinion of correspondence of
the ministry of Regions.
So that this collection (limited at present to 500 000 $) can allow
the realization of several projects and be accessible to several bodies,
the maximal contribution of the CRD Lanaudière cannot exceed
50 % of the total cost of the project, until $100 000 competition.

The crossroads
youth uses Matawinie aims at increasing the accessibility to the services
of development the employability for the young people between 16 and
35 years old, resident on the territory of the MRC Matawinie, and

MATAWINIE
The SADC
Matawinie inc. is a non-profit body, administered locally and financed
by Economic development Canada. its mission is to favor the preservation
and the development of the employment in Matawinie. The SADC privileges
a global approach and works in narrow collaboration with its environment.
To do it, we want to inform you about three tools which the SADC Matawinie
implemented.
THE
INVESTMENT FUND
The objective of the investment fund is to favor the creation, the
preservation and the development of the employment. The financing
is additional to the other financial institutions and takes the shape
of a forward loan. The help can reach a maximum of 125 000 avec a
leave of interest of 6 months.
THE
INVESTMENT FUND STRATEGY YOUTH
The objective of the investment fund Strategy Youth is to encourage
the acquisition, the setting up, the expansion or the modernization
of a company by one or several young people from 18 to 35 years old.

and valuing their social, cultural and economic commitment in our
environment. The grant takes shape of a personal loan varying between

Loans
for the improvement of companies ( PPE)
The law on the loans in small firms is an initiative of the federal
government aiming to help the new or established small firms. By addressing
the financial institution of their choice, small firms for profit
and liberal occupations can obtain forward loans to finance the purchase
or the improvement of fixed assets (loans for grounds, premises and
the material). The total of the sums not paid off on the guaranteed
loans by the Law on the loans in small firms can amount to no more
than 250 000 $. The loans for the improvement of companies can serve
for financing until competition of 90 % of the costs.
